Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture
- Familiar with Linux, Windows, and networking
- Knowledge and experience of server performance benchmarks and tuning is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform motherboard, system, and other server component validation testing
- Conduct functionality testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, stress and reliability testing
- Report hardware and software quality issues into bug tracking systems
- Document and analyze test data
- Maintain and improve validation test plans and test instructions
- Contribute in the development of test utilities and test script automation
- Support internal and external quality issues and drive to issue resolution
Other
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in hardware validation environment
- Strong sense of teamwork and a good team player, strong communication skills in both speaking and writing
- Ability to interface with all level of management staffs in professional manner
