Responsibilities
Acts as the technical lead for motion control solutions for the US market.
Provides technical product advice for the development and implementation of complex or unique customer solutions.
Prepares and presents detailed technical proposals, including product demonstrations and solution prototypes.
Performs complex hardware and/or software design consultation in accordance with customer/project needs.
Serves as a senior escalation point for resolving complex technical challenges, providing on-site support when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability.
Coordinates with team members to develop and implement effective technical knowledge transfer to customers, Siemens, and channel personnel.
Generates specific technical collateral such as application notes and examples for reuse by others.
