Supermicro is looking for talented and passionate Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in networking solution, especially in switch products. You will be responsible in providing technical supports to our enterprise customers, promote internal switch products to provide optimize customer's networking solution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of working experience in hardware validation environment
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture
- Familiar with Linux, Windows, and networking
- Knowledge and experience of server performance benchmarks and tuning is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform motherboard, system, and other server component validation testing
- Conduct functionality testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, stress and reliability testing
- Report hardware and software quality issues into bug tracking systems
- Document and analyze test data
- Maintain and improve validation test plans and test instructions
- Contribute in the development of test utilities and test script automation
- Support internal and external quality issues and drive to issue resolution
Other
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong sense of teamwork and a good team player, strong communication skills in both speaking and writing
