The Enterprise Engineering Identity and Access Management (EE IAM) team at Meta is looking to manage the lifecycle of complex applications, ensuring seamless identity and access management solutions.
Requirements
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Rust
- Experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Sailpoint, Okta, Azure AD, etc
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Demonstrated experience of cloud-based infrastructure and security
- Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions, such as AWS IAM or Google Cloud IAM
- Certification in security, such as CISSP
- Experience with managing complex IAM deployments, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex applications
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Develop and implement application roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in identity and access management
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management field
- Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration, with the ability to build relationships and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated experience leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
