Wells Fargo is seeking to optimize its engineering platforms by modernizing application hosting environments, streamlining developer workflows, and enhancing infrastructure-as-code practices through data-driven insights and automation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Looker, Power BI).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least a strong focus on Hosting environments
- 3+ years working in data analytics to support application right-sizing, blueprint creation, and optimization of deployment patterns
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance, usage, and reliability metrics across the Hosting environment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to developer workflows and infrastructure provisioning.
- Design and maintain dashboards that track developer productivity, deployment frequency, and system health.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Define and implement data collection strategies across cloud-native environments.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal governance policies.
- Partner with DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams to align data initiatives with platform goals.
