Atlantic Health's Information Services & Support (ISS) Department is looking for an Application Systems Analyst II to provide technical support for Oracle Cloud FIN and SCM extracts and integrations between Oracle, Epic, and Veradigm Point-of-Use (POU) systems, requiring functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing, configuring, and tailoring enterprise applications to meet organizational needs. Skilled in translating business requirements into functional solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Expertise in Veridigm POU
- Strong command of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server for data extraction, reporting, and performance optimization. Capable of writing queries and managing relational databases to support application functionality.
- Hands-on experience managing clinical supplies inventory, including setting up and maintaining stockroom configurations for accurate physical inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA. Able to align technology solutions with compliance requirements and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes workflows, system details and technical issues associated with the applications supported
- Analyzes new functionality and makes recommendations to the business related to implementation and changes to the system
- Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users
- Interfaces with key IT, business and operations staff to assist in the development of efficient workflows.
- Participates in testing system enhancements as needed
- Collaborates with team to solve complex problems and develops solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative.
- Engages expert resources when needed and escalates appropriately
