NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire an Application Systems Analyst - Level II to support a Federal Agency by providing expertise in software development testing, SharePoint, and application system analysis.
Requirements
- Proficient in SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Teams.
- Skilled in SharePoint development and administration, including custom forms, workflows, web parts, migrations, and collaboration solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, .NET, REST API, SPFx, Node.js, React, and SQL Server scripting.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Node.js, SQL Server Management Studio, and PowerShell.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and governance enforcement experience.
- IAT II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) and Computing Environment (CE) certification (if privileged access is required).
- Experience migrating to large-scale SharePoint environments from On-Premises to Online.
Responsibilities
- Experience with software development testing, including unit, system, functional, and user acceptance testing, within Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Proficient in SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Teams.
- Skilled in SharePoint development and administration, including custom forms, workflows, web parts, migrations, and collaboration solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, .NET, REST API, SPFx, Node.js, React, and SQL Server scripting.
- Experienced in troubleshooting, maintaining site standards, enforcing governance policies, and documenting workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Provide SharePoint design, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support for On-premises and Online environments.
- Develop client-side web parts using the SharePoint Framework and JavaScript frameworks and build custom front-end and back-end solutions.

- Government clearance requirements for this role require candidates to maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Ability to meet required government clearances: Tier 3 (T3) Investigation.
- Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrated the required proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results independently.
