ACNB Bank is seeking an Application Analyst to ensure the systems behind deposit products operate smoothly, integrate effectively, and evolve to meet new needs, bridging the gap between business units and software providers.
Requirements
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in computer or information systems (or related field) preferred, plus at least 1 year of related experience.
- Familiarity with deposit systems, account opening, and transaction processing strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of configuring, modifying, and testing system applications in multiple environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and system administration.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, research solutions, and implement fixes.
- Understanding (or willingness to learn) deposit regulations and how they affect system functionality.
- Ability to work independently and within teams, supporting colleagues across departments.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain systems for checking, savings, and CD products, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve deposit-related technology problems while coordinating with vendors and IT partners.
- Research, analyze, and resolve software issues while keeping staff and management informed.
- Implement upgrades, new products, and regulatory changes that keep systems efficient and up-to-date.
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions, documentation, and ongoing support for application users.
- Execute test plans for new releases and enhancements to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Learn the full suite of banking applications (loans, treasury management, fraud/BSA, GL, reporting) while becoming the go-to resource for deposit technology.
