- Fundamental knowledge of how to configure Millennium applications in Bedrock
- CCL Reporting knowledge
- Basic tables and files maintenance

- Advanced coding or equivalent competency
- Basic understanding of how to configure Athena Patient Accounting applications

Other
- Require Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or clinical area or equivalent in clinical field, informatics, or healthcare.
- Will take experience in lieu of degree.
- License/certification in clinical field of expertise required.
- Customer Service skills.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills plus well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple assignments in a stressful work environment.
- Knowledge of current standards, legislation, practices, delivery systems, documentation methods and trends in medicine.
