Dal-Tile is seeking a motivated professional to drive digital transformation and deliver new Customer Experiences through new Customer Journeys or strategic projects.
Requirements
- Expertise in SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Advertising Studio
- Hands-on experience with creating and updating data extensions, sending real-time triggered emails
- Understanding of CRM concepts and email communication best practices
- Good knowledge of AMP Script and JavaScript to support personalization efforts
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and email deliverability
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and API concepts
- Experience in supporting end-user requirements gathering and documentation
Responsibilities
- Takes initiative to identify and implement process best practices and efficiencies
- Collaborate with development teams to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements
- This person will need to be strong with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will help maintain data integrity and integrations between our websites and SFMC
- Partner with Salesforce CRM team to come up with the best integration and implementation solutions to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns
- Conducts database management for list building, data hygiene, and data enrichment activities
- Lead other strategic Digital Marketing projects that enrich Customer Journeys and User Experience
- Collaborate with a Digital team to expand Customer Experiences through new technologies

- Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
