Oracle’s Product Development team is looking to solve the problem of developing cutting-edge recruiting solutions on the Oracle Fusion Applications platform
Requirements
- Proven expertise in AI, ML, and a track record of delivering data-driven solutions
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood and its design system, as well as modern front-end JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise SaaS Applications
- Deep understanding of the Oracle Recruiting domain and the Fusion Applications lifecycle (from design to deployment and continuous improvement)
- Strong analytical and “out of the box” problem-solving skills
- Experience with application development, preferably within cloud or enterprise software environments
- Knowledge of secure development practices, compliance, and code quality standards
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications
- Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture
- Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs
- Build and execute unit tests and unit plans
- Review integration and regression test plans created by QA
- Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products
- Design, and implement high-quality software solutions within the Oracle Recruiting domain
