Responsibilities
- designs and develops computer programs that automate specific business processes
- develops applications that touches all aspects of our manufacturing operations
- prepares flow charts, writes application instructions and procedures for users, debugs and documents programs
- may assist lower level developers with the design and development of business applications
- may assist senior developers in the development of programs of a more complex nature
- effectively discuss/document application requirements with internal/external customers
Other
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
- 2-4 years of experience in a business environment
- Experience with taking business requirements and transforming them into technical design
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment
- EDI Experience
