The Orange County Superior Court (OCSC) is seeking to fill entry-level positions within its Court Technology Services (CTS) department to support and maintain the court's IT infrastructure, applications, and data security. The roles are designed to train and develop individuals into IT professionals who can contribute to the court's technological needs.
Requirements
- Full stack developing experience using Microsoft technologies such as: .NET Core 6.0, C-Sharp, TypeScript, SQL Server
- Angular (version 6 or higher)
- Design and development of Mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Application development in cloud environment
- Principles and practices of systems analysis and design
- Applications development methodologies, tools, and utilities
- Programming theory and current programming languages used in Court applications
Responsibilities
- Performs routine to moderately difficult applications development, maintenance and support duties and may have full life cycle responsibilities for small-scale systems.
- Participate in analyzing and documenting user business and operational requirements.
- Creating and/or modifying routine to moderately difficult programs and databases.
- Assist in implementing systems and user test plans.
- Performing user training.
- Providing on-going applications maintenance and support.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose applications problems and install fixes or make repairs in areas of responsibility
Other
- This position is eligible for a combination of telework and on-site work assignments.
- Telework must be completed from a pre-designated home-based location within the State of California and employees may be required to report on-site to address business needs.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and skills, and work with client managers and staff to ensure effective, high-priority technology solutions to their needs and requirements.
- Keep technical skills current to meet continuing applications development assignments.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project accountability
