Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in Application development with .NET and C-Sharp.
- The developer should have a deep technical grasp of several areas (3-4 areas), a deeper understand of most skills (15 skills) and acquired shallow understand of new skills (5 skills).
Responsibilities
- Codes from Design Specs.
- Designs small to medium projects.
- Serves in the On-Call rotation.
- Follows Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Reviews test results with user and work with the user on their independent tests.
- Analyzes and resolves Help Desk issues and makes recommendations as to how to improve processes.
- Updates Help Desk with status on a daily basis.
Other
- A bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline and practical use of the Systems Development Lifecycle- either through formal Co-Ops, work experience, and personal projects.
- Industry certifications are a good complement to your education and experience.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems and make informed decisions involving software operations and general productivity.
- Must possess decision making skills and exercise discretion and independent judgment.
