The University of South Florida's Banner Student Information Systems team needs to design, develop, maintain, and enhance application programs and integrations to support the Banner ERP system, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical business processes and supporting system upgrades and data integrity.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain application programs and software modifications for Banner ERP modules
- Analyze user system and application needs for Banner
- Determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specifications and requirements, and design application programs.
- Generate technical and functional documentation for Banner modules, integrations, and customizations
- Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors for Banner upgrades, defect reviews, and other projects
- Participate in system enhancements, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or other field involving software and analytical training and two years of IT related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree with no specific required field and three years of IT related work experience, OR a Master's degree and one year of IT related work experience, OR a combination of six years of IT related work experience and validated training.
