Requirements
- Experience with analyzing and presenting surface data to a client
- Experience working in oil/gas industry
- Technical know-how in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
Responsibilities
- Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues
- Communicates across direct organization and presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams
- Handles latitude in project techniques and chooses right approaches
- Handles diverse clients in a region and follows frameworks to get through the processes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required – Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering degrees are preferred
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Technical Support is preferred
- Work Schedule-Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm but will need to be flexible for client needs
