B&A is looking for an Applications Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet user requirements and organizational needs for a federal government client.
Requirements
- Experience with APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, .NET, SQL Server
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C-Sharp, Python, .NET, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Responsibilities
- Application sustainment and development
- Code, test, debug, and document software
- Provide technical direction to junior programmers
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in applications programming or software development.
- Master’s degree
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Active secret clearance
