The company seeks to solve the problem of inefficient career progression for millions of clinicians by enabling career pivots through skill and history analysis, routing them to hiring teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years hands-on experience with frontend frameworks, React, Next.js, or similar.
- Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and styling frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
- Experience integrating with backend services via REST APIs, GraphQL, or serverless endpoints.
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools, preferably Cursor.
- Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and version control (Git).
- Basic knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Python) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on shipping working features quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship frontend features that directly impact clinician workflows.
- Solve real problems with tangible outcomes.
- Contribute to features that clinicians use daily.
- Integrate with backend services via REST APIs, GraphQL, or serverless endpoints.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding using Cursor.
- Work on onboarding flows, clinician dashboards, credentialing automation, and AI-assisted task flows.
- Ship fast, fix fast, and keep moving.
