Schwab's AI Incubation and Enablement Team is looking to hire a hands-on Engineer to drive the development of innovative AI solutions, specifically focusing on rapid, iterative software development using Large Language Models to transform how Schwab serves its clients and enhance experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in startups and large organizations.
- 2+ years of experience building complex products from scratch and running them in production.
- 1+ years of experience building applications that use AI models to deliver business value.
- 2+ years of experience building applications and data pipelines that interface with large datasets.
- 2+ years of experience with containers and cloud-native applications, and the ability to operationalize them in the public cloud with infrastructure as code.
- Experience working with LLMs and shipping LLM-powered applications to production is a big plus.
- Experience with Python, Java and Angular preferred but not required.
