JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI ML, Senior Associate to join their CDAO AI-ML Platform Engineering Team to shape the future of AI and machine learning, developing innovative AI solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with hands-on experience in machine learning libraries.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, including but not limited to Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, SQL, SNS and EC2.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for automating the ML workflow.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes, utilizing tools like Apache Airflow or similar.
- Experience with hands on engineering
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and MLOps pipelines to support various business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement machine learning solutions that align with business goals.
- Ensure the operational stability and scalability of machine learning applications through effective monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for model development, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in the ML lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce time to market.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models using Generative AI Foundational models and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure the successful development and monitoring of AI solutions that could be used on the enterprise AI ML Platform.

- Formal training or certification in machine learning, data science, or related fields with 3+ years of applied experience.
