- Experience with user-centric design, app development, and other related topics
- Familiarity with healthcare and / or staffing
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of AI powered agentic and automated solutions that modernize workflows
- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate unstructured business problems into engineering problems
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to get at root causes pursuant to developing the right solutions to the right challenges
- Leverage User Centric Design, product-inspired approaches to Data Science to develop consumption layers that narrow the gap between tech and business
- Collaborate with learning and development to develop training and other engagement sustaining capabilities to ensure problems stay solved
- Conduct analytic research to identify opportunities, causes, and insights to drive growth
- Mentor junior data scientists
