Requirements
- Experience in developing, training/tuning large generative models or LLMs
- Experience with machine learning training frameworks in JAX
- Proficient programming skills in Python
- Experience in RLHF
- Experience with Speech LLMs or other Multimodal LLMs
- Strong background in applied ML research and development, particularly in natural language processing/generation, speech generation/understanding, and/or multimodal models
- Experience in Machine Learning
Responsibilities
- Developing cutting-edge machine learning technology for natural language and speech generation
- Design and development of training data, adapting and deploying large scale ML models with a focus on natural language and speech generation features
- Advance and apply the latest ML techniques to Apple’s virtual assistant
- Craft the Siri experience for millions of users worldwide
- Develop end-to-end solutions from data scaling to necessary model implementation and training
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to bring research to production
- Improve processes and learn whatever is needed to get the job done
Other
- M.S. or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- 5-7+ years experience in Machine Learning
- Excellent programmer and creative problem solver who enjoys learning, generating new ideas, improving processes
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment
