Prime Video is looking to enhance its personalized customer experience by developing advanced AI solutions for recommendation and personalization systems.
Requirements
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- 4+ years of applied research experience
- 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Hands-on experience with large-scale online recommendation systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead to develop AI solutions for various Prime Video recommendation and personalization systems using Deep learning, GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, recommendation system and optimization methods;
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions end-to-end;
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field;
- Hire and grow a science team working in this exciting video personalization domain.
