Amazon Advertising is seeking top science talent to build new, science-backed services to drive success for their customers by transforming the way account teams operate through actionable insights and recommendations, and by ingesting Generative AI throughout their end-to-end workflows to improve work efficiency.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics
- Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application
- Experience building complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning and computer vision, that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Familiarity with training and evaluating LLMs / Generative AI systems
Responsibilities
- Build and refine models that can be implemented in production.
- Define a long-term scientific vision for our advertising sales business, driven from our customers' needs, translating that direction into specific plans for scientists, engineers and product teams.
- Invent new experiences and influence customer-facing shopping experiences.
- Bring deep expertise in quantitative modeling (forecasting, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, causal inferencing or generative artificial intelligence).
- Take iterative approaches to tackle big, long-term problems.
- Develop new, science-backed services.
- Ingest Generative AI throughout their end-to-end workflows.
