The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI team is looking to enable customers to apply AI to solve their particular business problems with Oracle's assistance and expertise in Generative AI, by developing and delivering high-quality generative AI models and services.
Requirements
- Proven hands on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Reasoning and LLM tuning.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures.
- Strong publication record, including as a lead author or reviewer, in top-tier journals or conferences.
- Proven track record of leading research and development projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on Agent Platform primitives such as Long Term Memory management, planning and reasoning and self-eveolving approaches.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Agentic capabilities into various applications and products.
- Identify new opportunities for Agentic AI emerging technologies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in Agentic AI.
- Driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
- Exploring new frontiers of Agentic AI to optimize their Long Term Memory use, Multi Agent interaction, Safety, Evaluation, etc to enable real world Enterprise solutions.
Other
- PhD Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics or a related field with a dissertation, thesis or final project centered in Machine Learning and Deep Learning) with 5+ years relevant experience is preferred but not a must; OR Masters or Bachelor’s in related field with 8+ years relevant experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
