Requirements
- Strong foundation in classical controls, linear systems, and applied dynamics.
- Experience in developing and tuning control algorithms on physical hardware.
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar tools for modeling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, embedded control systems, or robotic platforms.
- Experience with real-time control systems and motion planning.
- Ability to establish automated validation routines and standardized evaluation processes.
- Strong programming skills for creating automated test suites.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine control systems to improve robot motion through advanced controller tuning techniques.
- Develop robust testing frameworks and automated validation routines for assessing controller performance.
- Implement standardized processes for evaluating control algorithms and system responses.
- Create automated test suites and document testing methodologies.

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or related field.
