SDI Presence LLC is looking to hire an Apprentice Data Analyst to support IT Service Management (ITSM) products, aiming to improve data quality, reporting, and documentation within their clients' technological environments.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of spreadsheets or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating basic reports and identifying gaps in ITSM product data under supervision.
- Work closely with the Data Engineering Lead to help investigate and resolve data quality or system architecture issues.
- Support the team by performing data attestation tasks and helping to maintain accurate data dictionaries.
- Participate in team audits to spot inconsistencies in data and contribute to remediation activities.
