Citi Market Operations Technology is undergoing a transformation to implement a target operating model, simplifying its operating model and adopting a micro-based containerized cloud environment. The role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities for the Asset Servicing Technology team, specifically working on the ASPEN application to deliver key business and tech mandatory enhancements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in delivering crtiical strategic businnes and tech transformation projects.
- Experienced skills in Java, Angular & Oracle databases
- Experience in driving software delivery and transformation through Agile practices and processes, with a focus of establishing Continuous Delivery culture and process
- Experience working in Oracle and Schema less Databases.
- Experience in Big Data systems like Hadoop/Hive
- Experience working with Elasticsearch/ELK stack.
- Hands-on Development opportunity across the latest niche technologies like ELK, Kafka, Mongo, Microservices
Responsibilities
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Lead a culture of innovation & experimentation, support full software lifecycle that incorporates the best of technology approaches & delivery methodologies
- Ensure Code quality and proper coverage is maintained, using tools like Secure Assist, Sonar etc.

- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
