Mayer Brown is seeking a SharePoint & .Net Solution Architect to join their Information Technology department to architect and deliver technology solutions via SharePoint Online within the Microsoft Stack, focusing on the Intranet and other browser-based solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and uniformity for Business Services groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
- Proven experience with .Net development (C, ASP.Net, MVC, MVVM)
- Holistic knowledge of the M365 Suite is required
- In-depth knowledge working with Microsoft OneDrive, required
- In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance including MS Purview, is required
- In-depth knowledge of Azure AD is required
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
Responsibilities
- Is a subject matter expert for all SharePoint & .Net Framework solutions while providing support to the Risk, Marketing & Admin Systems portfolio of solutions
- Works cross-functionally with internal/external IT partners to implement and manage collaboration systems to meet the objectives of our Business Services partners
- Works closely with IT engineers and architects throughout the global technology environment
- Leads the development of long-term strategic goals for collaboration solutions, software, and data integrations
- Functions as a Technical Lead on projects by developing an understanding of existing systems and processes as well as identifying/determining future needs
- Architects and implements collaboration technologies and advanced functions in technology
- Develops and documents SharePoint & .Net Framework best practices, guidelines, security, and governance for the our Applications portfolio
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience is related to the functions of the role
- Microsoft 365 certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert, is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of enterprise level SharePoint Online & .Net Solution Architecture
- Prior experience architecting SharePoint Online solutions, is required
- Prior end user facing experience, is required
