Koroseal is looking to generate sales and build relationships with clients, including facility managers, interior designers, architects, contractors and others who may influence the ultimate sale, by developing product presentation skills and product brand awareness of Koroseal products in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tool
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in a sales role, preferably in interior decorative or architectural products (wall panel systems, acoustics or decorative metals)
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored architectural product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations, highlighting features and benefits that meet client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company offerings.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products/services, including key features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or Sales
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer solutions
- Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships
- Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 20lbs safely
