Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations, highlighting features and benefits that meet client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company offerings.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products/services, including key features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or conferences to network and promote the company’s products/services.

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored architectural product solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consistently follow up with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Engage in consultative selling by asking questions and actively listening to understand customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how your products/services can add value to their business.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer solutions
- Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships
- A driven individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 20lbs safely
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in interior decorative or architectural products (wall panel systems, acoustics, or flooring)
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
