Requirements
- Strong experience with backend or full-stack systems in production
- Pragmatic about tech choices, with a bias for shipping and iteration
- Comfortable with the pace and demands of an early-stage startup, long hours, hard problems, and relentless focus don’t scare you, they motivate you
Responsibilities
- Architect and build production systems for our AI claims agents
- Work across backend (Go), frontend (React), and cloud (GCP/AWS)
- Ship fast, iterate with customers, and own outcomes end-to-end
- Help shape the team, culture, and technical foundation of Solva
