enGen is looking to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to address business objectives and challenges, and this role will provide technical expertise and assistance in the development and execution of AI strategies.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Ability to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and data scientists.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in writing technical documentation and reports.
- Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning, budgeting, and risk management (technology and people).
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development and execution of AI strategies.
- Assists in conducting assessments of systems, data, infrastructure, and business processes to identify opportunities for AI products and services.
- Collaborate with internal data scientists, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements for AI proof of concept designs and contribute to the implementation plan.
- Supports the Senior AI Consultant and business partners in facilitating change management initiatives, preparing users for AI adoption, and ensuring optimal value creation from AI projects.
- Contribute to the tactical implementation of AI solutions, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth integration and successful deployment.
- Facilitate the design of a proof of concept and testing plan.
- Support translating proof of concept into scaled use and value creation using change management and project management best practices.

- 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy required
- 3 years of experience in Orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions.
- Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
