Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of statistics experimental design and causal inference.
- Handson experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems.
- Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
- Build predictive models optimization algorithms or forecasting systems as needed.
- Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
- Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
