Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for data science tasks
- Genetics background beneficial
- Field of study in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Biology, or a related area
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to develop, train, test, and deploy AI tools that support gene editing decisions and germplasm characterization
- Assist the AI in Breeding team in processing genetic and multi-sensor phenotypic data from lab and field experiments
- Manage an independent project within the scope of AI in Breeding and present your findings to a wider Corteva audience at the conclusion of the internship
Other
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Must be enrolled at an accredited university at the time of internship
