Wabash Valley Power Alliance is looking to automate and optimize workflows and processes while limiting business risks by implementing artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) systems.
Requirements
- Three to five years prior artificial intelligence/machine learning or data analysis experience
- Excellent technology proficiency with a strong commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with data analysis tools such as R and Python
- Any system, network, or cybersecurity related experience or certifications are a plus
- Experience working with data rich problems in research or professional projects is a plus
- Graduate degree in data science, computational science, or artificial intelligence is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, monitor, and maintain artificial intelligence/machine learning systems
- Design, analyze, and maintain system algorithms including data models, natural language models, and machine learning models
- Train and evaluate artificial intelligence system to ensure systems remain accurate with limited hallucinations
- Perform complex analysis on large data sets and communicate meaningful intelligence to Technical Service Leadership
- Research, prototype, and recommend new technology platforms or systems to improve business workflows and reduce risks
- Develop and maintain computer code need for artificial intelligence system and business automation systems
Other
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Present artificial intelligence and data finding to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative science, engineering, or other STEM field
