Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience conducting Integration/System/End-to-End testing on critical applications
- Experience working on chatbot/IVR applications, including validation of NLP/NLU models, conversational flows, and fallback handling
- Strong background in web-based applications with a focus on GUI/UX testing, including accessibility and responsive design validation
- Hands-on experience with web services (SOAP, REST, and Microservices)
- Proficient in tools like Postman and SoapUI for API testing and automation
- Skilled in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases, including edge cases for AI-driven features
- Familiar with AWS services used in AI/ML pipelines such as S3, Lambda, and SageMaker
