Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or data science
- 5+ years of experience developing or testing AI systems
- Ability to establish testing frameworks for manual or automated evaluation of AI systems
- Experience with AI testing tools or platforms
- Knowledge of the ML or AI data pipeline and how models are trained
- Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework 800-53 security controls
- Ability to present briefings to senior leadership
Responsibilities
- establish security requirements and assessment procedures to evaluate AI systems
- drive requirements to ensure AI is properly developed, tested, and deployed with the necessary safeguards
- monitor AI assets and identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary
- collaborate with key cybersecurity stakeholders and leadership to enable deployments of secure AI capabilities
- establish testing frameworks for manual or automated evaluation of AI systems
- present briefings to senior leadership
- inform our nation's most far-reaching cybersecurity decisions
Other
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Development, or IT
- Ability to work on camera during interviews and assessments
