Methodist University Cape Fear Valley Health School of Medicine (MU CFVH) needs to support its medical education program and accreditation efforts by creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance indicators to evaluate the curriculum and other key program elements, ultimately enhancing educational outcomes through data management and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis, data management, and database reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP) and experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or other similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with learning management and assessment systems (One45, ExamSoft, Canvas) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive datasets related to medical education program performance.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making, CQI initiatives, and accreditation compliance.
- Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple systems, including One45, ExamSoft, Canvas, and institutional databases.
- Ensure prompt and accurate data entry, collection, and documentation for assessment and grading systems.
- Extract, aggregate, and analyze data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Monitor and report on student performance and program outcomes for longitudinal analysis.
- Maintain datasets and reports that support LCME accreditation requirements and curriculum and program evaluation.
