PUMA is looking for an entry-level candidate to support the Director of Performance Materials in fabric and trim development, contributing to the creation of innovative, high-performance materials and gaining hands-on experience with global materials team processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of industry experience in textile or trim development.
- Familiarity with product development calendars and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support seasonal development workflows and material tracking tools.
- Assist in communication with global suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Learn about sustainability, cost, and performance considerations in material selection.
- Maintain and organize the Boston-based Material Library.
- Participate in team meetings and supplier interactions.
- Contribute to trend research, competitive analysis, and presentation development.
- Provide administrative support to the Material Development team.
