SEO is looking to solve the problem of educational and career opportunity gaps for ambitious young people, specifically in the tech industry, by developing and implementing effective programs such as the Tech Developer program.
Requirements
- General technical proficiencies to lead tech engineers and instructors and manage programming within a cloud-based environment, including using MS365 products, Box, Monday.com, advanced Excel, Codio, Airtable, etc.
- Experience with cloud-based environments

Responsibilities
- Manage and coach 2-3 direct reports and provide skip level management to part-time, instructional staff members.
- Lead engagements with other internal SEO teams to ensure ideal recruiting and career development outcomes.
- Represent Tech Dev among other SEO professional program peers and provide support where programs intersect.
- Manage external relationships, including training platform vendors, curriculum providers, evaluators and researchers.
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning for the Tech Dev program.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and impact.
- Regularly assess program goals and outcomes, adjusting operations as necessary.
Other
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of direct program management and pre-professional coaching/mentoring experience, ideally within corporate tech; partnerships experience a plus.
- 2+years of people management experience within roles of increasing autonomy and responsibility.
- Passion for SEO and a deep curiosity about the barriers to entry for pre-professionals from industries across Wall Street, Technology and Corporate America, and a dedication to closing opportunity gaps.
