Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple product development projects, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among R&D, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and decision-making
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation, preparing cost analyses, and monitoring project expenses to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
- Support product lifecycle management, including concept validation, packaging development, testing coordination, and post-launch performance review
- Evaluate product performance metrics (e.g., sales trends, consumer feedback, competitive benchmarking) and recommend improvements or line extensions based on insights
- Conduct and interpret market research, identifying emerging trends, consumer needs, and opportunities to strengthen brand competitiveness
- Prepare reports, presentations, and timelines for management review, ensuring transparency and progress tracking across teams
