The company is looking to fill the role of Assistant Manager, Women’s Design to develop product from approved design to prototype.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and materials
- Computer: Word and Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Other design software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the process of taking approved designs through design development to show samples and turnover to Product Development/ Engineering
- Communicate all design related needs of Women’s Design to cross-functional partners to ensure product flow and integrity is of design is achieved
- Efficiently communicates design intent to CAD, DY Shop, & Production Development
- Support PD/PE with all design related communication needed for sample development
- Maintain accurate line plan in PLM and manage product information in the system
Other
- Design Degree preferred, coupled with minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in Women’s Jewelry Design and/or Product Development
- Great time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of fashion with high taste level
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
