Responsibilities
- Under the Sr Product Manager’s leadership, support on delivering Product Creation strategy that drives strategic growth and revenue for the Lifestyle category.
 
- Assist with research and assessment of market competition and trends, gathering qualitative and quantitative data for product positioning and identifying new category opportunities.
 
- Work closely w/ Design and Product Development to drive operational excellence.
 
- Ensure product creation efforts and samples are executed well and on time.
 
- Influence and partner with cross-functional global teams based on market data and consumer insights.
 
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the product creation process, products and systems while adhering to the product creation calendar.
 
- Perform data entry into product line management system.
 
Other
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role
 
- Experience in retail, merchandising, product management or product marketing within the footwear industry desired
 
- Ability to understand consumers’ needs and mindset as well as a passion for product within the lifestyle category
 
- Knowledgeable about global consumer trends and key brands/retailers/competitors
 
- Ability to work with others as part of cross-functional team, build consensus, and achieve results across a variety of distinct groups
 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
- Strong presentation skills; confident presenting in front of large global audiences
