Responsibilities
- Define target customer, market positioning, and key areas of differentiation for products and features within domain.
- Support the development of new strategies and identification of new opportunities that meet the protect value proposition with a cross functional group of General Motors stakeholders on the marketing, product, sales and channel teams.
- Build and support comprehensive business cases in partnership with Product Management and Finance
- Deliver core value proposition and messaging plans for products, features and experiences.
- Support the go-to-market strategy for new products/features, including pricing, packaging and sales strategies
- Build channel and distributions plans for products, features, and experiences.
- Apply data and analytics methodologies to set direction and prove/disprove hypotheses in our strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of the company
- Ability to organize and plan effectively, in an ambiguous and continually changing environment
- Highly developed oral and written communications skills, with a focus on succinct, simple messaging
