Requirements

  • Ph.D., D.B.A or ABD from an internationally accredited institution with a business-related focus in supply chain/operations management, management science/operations research, and data analytics/data science/decision science
  • Active business-related research agenda in Supply Chain Analytics
  • Experience with AI, ML, Stochastic/Dynamic Programming/Learning
  • Applied/empirical supply chain research experience
  • Previous teaching experience in supply chain and data analytics
  • Evidence of effective teaching
  • Track record (or potential) for publications in peer-reviewed high-quality journals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality research in supply chain analytics, leading to peer reviewed scholarly publications
  • Apply Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) to research
  • Teach relevant undergraduate and graduate courses
  • Service at the department, college, university, and professional levels
  • Develop and maintain a research agenda in Supply Chain Analytics
  • Secure external funding and/or create connections with industry
  • Publish in peer-reviewed high-quality journals
