Georgetown University's Center for Translational Transplant Medicine (CTTM) needs an Assistant Research Manager to oversee daily operations of the clinical research team, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and human resource management.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google platforms
- electronic data capture systems
- clinical trials management systems
- BCLS, ACLS or applicable medical knowledge preferred
- Background as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, licensed Health Professional or foreign-trained physician is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- coverage and staff scheduling
- oversight of participant management through trials

- human resource oversight including hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluation
- adhering to safety guidelines and protocol compliance
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 or more years of related experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
- Leadership experience is required, prior research management experience is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, motivated, and have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment with a primary focus on patient safety
