The company is seeking to improve sales operations and customer relationships in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic computer systems
- Familiarity with truck log tracking systems
Responsibilities
- Assist with pricing for aggregates and blacktop products
- Monitor and track daily truck logs to ensure efficient operations
- Operate the truck scale (MANN Scale) when needed
- Visit municipal job sites to ensure quality, delivery, and client satisfaction
- Maintain regular contact with towns and villages to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
- Assist in the collection of overdue payments from municipal clients
- Maintain and manage inventory of company-branded t-shirts and promotional items
Other
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or experience in sales or construction materials is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Valid driver's license (in good standing) and willingness to travel within Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties and surrounding areas
- Fieldwork required, including visiting job sites and municipalities
- Occasional office duties related to tracking logs, pricing, and reporting
- Attendance at community and industry meetings as scheduled
