Endeavor Health is looking to fill the role of Assistant Vice President, Applications - Clinical Ancillary to lead the development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation services of solutions specific to areas of responsibility. This role will be responsible for the full life cycle management of solutions and platforms, aiming to reduce manual efforts, contribute to organizational growth, promote patient and user experience, and create innovative solutions with operations.
Requirements
- Excellent technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
- Experience leading teams in similar functions to; Cardiology applications: Cardiology, Vascular Cardiac Surgery reporting (Apollo), Cardiac Rehab, EKG, Holter, GE Cardio lab, EP, hemodynamics, Pace Art.
- Experience leading teams in similar functions to; Laboratory applications: Anatomical Path, Clinical Lab, Blood Bank, Device Integration.
- Experience leading teams in similar functions to; Ancillary applications: 300+ applications, GI ProVation, Obstetrics, Sleep lab, Neurology, Clinical Imaging, Nurse Rounding, Document Imaging, Patient at Home, etc.
Responsibilities
- Drives end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and developing and leading teams for high performance outcomes.
- Provides oversight for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing, and support.
- Remains updated on latest technologies available in the market and promotes the implementation of relevant technologies.
- Supports Cardiology applications: Cardiology, Vascular Cardiac Surgery reporting (Apollo), Cardiac Rehab, EKG, Holter, GE Cardio lab, EP, hemodynamics, Pace Art.
- Supports Laboratory applications: Anatomical Path, Clinical Lab, Blood Bank, Device Integration.
- Supports Ancillary applications: 300+ applications, GI ProVation, Obstetrics, Sleep lab, Neurology, Clinical Imaging, Nurse Rounding, Document Imaging, Patient at Home, etc.
- Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems and solutions are achieving or exceeding the needs of Endeavor Health.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science, or a relevant related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries.
- Five (5) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple complex projects of varying size/scope effectively.
