Genpact is looking to solve complex business challenges for global enterprises using Agentic AI Solutions, and is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI to drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting.
Requirements
- Strong project and people management experience
- Solid experience in people & project management
- Professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting sphere represents an advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations
- Experience with digital solutions and AI
- Experience with data management and analysis
- Experience with process improvement and implementation
Responsibilities
- Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/ regions in scope
- Lead RFX submissions for new Customers
- Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise
- Lead business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales cycle
- Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework
- Develop Genpact product offering in line with the industry changes – Optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support the solution design
- Leads Digital SEP projects implementation
Other
- University graduate (relevant studies)
- Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment)
- Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of Genpact and customer organizations
- Is open to extensive travelling
